Nubex Labs LLC is a software company in Livonia, Michigan. We build tools for situations where the record of what happened has to be trusted by someone who wasn't there.
Separated parents need a place to agree on a schedule, exchange messages, and keep receipts. When a disagreement reaches a judge, they need to prove what was actually said and when — and screenshots don't do that.
Bridges keeps a calendar, a message thread and a document file for two parents. Every entry is fingerprinted at the moment it is created, and each fingerprint is computed over the one before it, so a single altered character is detectable. Any parent can produce a signed PDF of the record at any time, free and without limit.
Messages and uploads cannot be edited or deleted after sending. Not by a parent, and not by us.
A filtered extract states plainly whether it is complete, continuous, or a partial selection with gaps.
Every export carries a machine-readable copy and a signature that a third party can check independently.

Every certified extract Bridges produces is signed with an Ed25519 key and carries the signing key's public half printed inside the document. The public key is published here so that a document can be checked against a source other than the document itself.
The published key and the independent verifier will appear on this page at release.
